Happy Sweet Spring Friday Friends of mine!!! Spring is definitely in the air, while Thunderstorms have rolled through here the past couple days, the grass is so green, the trees are a blooming something beautiful and bunny rabbits hop around our yard. Mr. Nine was gone part of this week on business. Every.Single.Time he is gone something goes wrong. This time, The storms knocked our TV dish reception out cold for 2 days and I realized how much I love TV or least having it on, lol. A cold front comes in this weekend but then after that I hear May will be above normal temps. I'll take it. Are you doing anything fun this weekend? I hope it's awesome and sweet!!

One of my biggest obstacles in trip planning is what in the world to wear? Do you know what I'm talking about ladies?? Yes ma'am! Sometimes on a trip you need three outfits in just one day and usually each night you need something a little dressy for the special dinners, especially in Vegas. Thanks for stopping by to Link-Up and garner Inspo, maybe even a dress idea for a trip, lol.

The minute I saw polka dot Lolita inspired inspired Maxi on the Shein website, I knew it had to be mine! I was really hoping and praying that this one would fit just perfect and the length be just right! Boy, did it ever exceed my expectations. The drop chain choker added the perfect touch. I love that fashion can be a little more on the edge in Vegas and I'm already ready to go back so I can buy some new pieces, ha ha.
Vegas.Com has some awesome deals waiting for you!!! These deals are so enticing, I'm indeed thinking about shopping for more outfits so
I can get some more beautiful backdrop posts in Vegas Baby!!

Just "LOVED" the Love sculpture in the Venetian..Look...we had a little photo bomber, lol.

The Cirque Show featuring Michael Jackson's music and story called 'One" was the perfect show to wear this amazing dress to.

The Palazzo Lobby is gorgeous too and makes for some more great photo ops.

Go check out the Deals...I think it's time you all get out there and live it up in Vegas...Baby!!!

Link-Up Fab Friends. So Excited to see what you are stylin'

I have professed my love for fried cheese on the blog before but I'm also here to tell you that caprese salad is my favorite summer side of all time! That yummy mozzarella, basil and fresh tomatoes have the best taste of summer in salad form that I have ever tasted. What if I combined the two in fried form? Can I get a big "YES" to my Fried Caprese Balls? Oh my goodness, these were so fun and turned out so crispy with the soft melty cheese inside and burst of flavor in the middle. The great thing about these is you can make as few or as many as you want.

What You'll Need

Fresh Mozzarella balls (I made 4 this batch but you could make as many as you like)
1 can Bruschetta tomatoes or fresh baby tomatoes, cut up
Basic Leaves, 1 for each moz ball
olive oil
1 egg
Italian bread crumbs
A little flour

Arrange all your goodies on the counter. Flour, egg and Italian bread crumbs each in their own pans for rolling the cheese in. Start heating the oil in a medium saucepan, the oil filling about half of the pot. Cut off the top 3rd of each ball and scoop out some of the inside. In each ball, add a basil leaf and some tomatoes. Put the cut piece of cheese back on top and seal them all with a toothpick. Roll each ball in flour, then brush with egg, then roll in the breadcrumbs and slowly dunk a couple in the hot oil. Fry until golden crisp, about 7-9 minutes and drain on paper towels. Eat right away to enjoy the hot, melty cheese goodness!
